A visit by cupid

So on valentines night I had to work. It was pretty lame. Anyways, towards the end of the day when there was just half an hour for the store to close, I see a heart shaped balloon in the air floating towards me and guess who it was. It was little cupid himself paying a visit because he felt sorry for me for having to work that night.

I thought it was the cutest thing ever. When Grant walked into the store all I could see was a floating balloon in the air because the rest of him was covered in between the clothes rack. When I saw him in this getup saying "happy valentines day mommy" my heart melted. He was so precious as a cupid. That was sweet thinking by Steven. I love my family!

P.S- Steven forgot the camera. So we didn't get to capture the special moment. We had to come home and take this picture in front of our lame closet door as usual.

January updates

Here are some exciting things that happened in the month of January.

Grant started pre-school at the begiining of this month. He goes twice a week for 3 hours.

Shreya rolled over earlier this month, which I didn't blog about until now.

Then, she does this other trick of holding her feet with her hands. SO CUTE!!

Finally, I am going back to work. This time I am going to work at this store. I'm pretty excited.
